BE Bounce Houses offers Free Shipping on all orders over $499. All orders are subject to a handling fee*

Shipping
All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, freight prepaid, ownership and liability transfer at shipping.

Shipping Costs
We offer Free Ground Shipping for all orders over $499 to the Lower 48 States. Be Bounce Houses reserves the right to determine and select the shipping method. Any requests for changes in shipping methods are not covered by the free shipping offer. For more information, please refer to the specific product page.

Notifications
Customers will be notified via email that their order has shipped. The email message will include all necessary information, such as shipping method and tracking number.

Freight Shipping Methods
Standard FOB shipping point, freight prepaid consists of Business Commercial delivery without lift-gate. Any additional accessorial or delivery requests, including but not limited to: (residential, lift-gate, inside, time sensitive, prior contact, appointment or delivery in MAJOR metropolitan areas) are subject to additional charges. All freight shipments require signature. Ownership and liability transfer at shipping. Shipments can be insured at Buyer’s expense.

Delivery Times
BE Bounce Houses makes No Guarantees on delivery times for any products sold. In Stock items will ship within 72 hours of receipt of full payment. Expedited orders are subject to additional handling fees.

For lead times on shipping of a product via Freight, please refer to the specific product page. Orders that require specific delivery time or prior notification are subject to additional handling fees.

Receiving Shipment
This is extremely important. Please pay close attention to the instructions below.

PRIOR TO SIGNING THE PAPERWORK AND THE DELIVERY DRIVER LEAVING

Once you receive your shipment immediately inspect the outer package for any signs of potential damage. Look for significant damage such as tears or punctures. Minor wear is common on shipments. The customer must inspect the package(s) for damage(s) before signing the Bill of Lading. Refuse the shipment if there is damage on the package or should make a note on the Delivery Receipt (Bill of Lading), for further claim evaluation. Any freight claim must be submitted to the freight carrier immediately.

Open your shipment and inspect it thoroughly. In case there is any damage or shortage, this MUST be documented on the delivery receipt that the driver needs you to sign. Should the driver refuse to make mention of damages or shortages on said receipt, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

ALL SHIPPING AND SHORTAGES CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE MOMENT YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.

Canadian Shipments
Canadian customers shall be responsible for the following:
Shipping Charges, Broker charges, Duties and Fees if any.

Broker - It is the customer's responsibility to set up a broker for importing Commercial Products from the United States.

International Shipments
Please contact us for quotes on any orders outside the United States and Canada.

Alaska and Hawaii Shipments
Please contact us for shipping costs.

P.O. Boxes
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

APO and FPO Shipments
Please contact us for shipping availability and costs. Not all items may be shipped to these locations.
